We had an amazing stay during our vacation; the place was clean, staff were welcoming, and everything was great.

We were upgraded to a King suite, which was very nice. We liked the cleanliness, the amenities, ie, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
I thought a hotel of this calibre would supply dressing gowns to relax in. Also there was only 2 coffee mate and 2 sugars. Most people prefer "double double" and this was an inadequate amount.

I have update my stay from 2 days to 7 days. Area is great and everything close by. Resturant is cheap and great food.
Not enoigh towels but the staff sent more to the room. I guess it's saving the environment which I support.

The location was comfortable for exploring Edmonton. Easily reached Pho Hoa, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. I ate at a good restaurant with great food at a reasonable price. the staff was attentive, absolutely courteous with every request.

The location. Close to a lot of good restaurants. From south side the location allows you to get to Whitemud, Anthony Henday and to the Airport easily.
The staff were incredibly rude. Not helpful at all.

This was an exceptionally nice and unbeatable location just next door to an industrial area about half-way between the airport, and major attractions like West Ed mall, premium outlets, Rogers place. It also was to good restaurants.
